If you have a complaint, we’ll do our best to resolve it right away, but if your complaint is complex, it may take a little longer.

Here’s how you can resolve an issue:

Get in touch with us via one of the methods above to register your complaint. We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you’re not satisfied with our initial resolution, you can escalate your complaint to the Individual Finance Manager.

If you’re still concerned with the outcome of your complaint, you can contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). Please be aware that if you approach them before we have fully investigated your complaint, they will refer you back to us.
